We understand you want to know ‘How we made it Possible’.
Simple! We conducted an extensive study on failure factors for a year. We took time and made 50 man years of effort to plug all the holes and finally we launched auvitTM ERP.

Most of the time customer has to change the process or pay a high cost for customization. This problem was solved by creating BPA platform spending 40 man years. Read on to understand the BPA advantage.”

A. The GAPS and our BPA PLATFORM
The BPA technology allows us to create any business applications like ERP, SCM, CRM, SFA, Customer portals etc., without writing millions of lines of programs codes in any languages like .NER, JAVA, C++, C# etc.

The developer has to specify ‘What he wants’ and not write the ‘logic to achieve’ each function. This will reduce the cost and time of development to one tenth of what is required for coding.

Thousands of lines of programs codes are reduced to a few hundred lines of process definitions. Months of efforts reduces to a few days. So it is easy to create, modify, maintain and enhance the business software products.

The Customer advantage
No Gaps:
The Gaps are not there in Implementation. All critical customizations are part of the implementation ensuring complete success in implementation.

ERP to grow with the needs:
Post implementation changes in processes due to innovation, growth, distribution methods, government regulations, expansion, acquisition and mergers can be taken care time and cost effectively.

Up gradation even after customization:
Up gradations are easy even after customization, since customer wise process definitions are maintained at site to ensure the up gradations are carried out without affecting the customization.

B. Customer preparation and Education:
Most of the customer side problems are due to their lack of understanding on the benefits of ERP at all levels and complexities of implementation Process. Non clarity on requirements to gather and lack of proper resource allocated to implement the system.

We do a thorough pre-implementation audit to check all these factors and give them all the required training on all that they need to know before taking the plunge.

C. TOP MANGEMENT INVOLVEMENT AND INTEGRATION WITH BI

One of the major reasons for implementation failure is involvement of the top Management in the implementation process.  In most of the implementation the management is not shown any results till the end of the implementation process.  Integrating BI (Business Intelligence) with ERP enables the management to see the power of information in terms of analysis, comparisons, trends, spreads, KPIs. etc., and gets them interested in the implementation. This removes most of the obstacles posed by user teams.

D. The vendor attitude and the ‘Customer should win’ mantra.

The process of implementation is a psychological war and the vendor attitude is an important contributor to take it thru till the end. Enormous patience, willingness to listen, the knowledge of what makes people co operate etc. should be there in the character of the team members.
At Bluechip, by inculcating such characters in team members, the organization is being turned into one with the ‘Customer should win’ attitude.
