Corrections through amendment:
Critical transactions have to be corrected not directly but thru ‘Amendment’ options so that previous details retained before amendment.
Audit Trail:
Corrections in masters are kept in track thru audit trail. Audit trail can be invoked for any field in a given transaction or master.

Each roll the user plays can access only the relevant options which he/she needs. The control is given at menu option level, action button level and field level.
